Impossiblity of claiming "Welcome back Captain!" bundle

Hello, I entered back into the game after some prolonged inactivity and i get a pop up with "Claim this gift and set sail once again" which is a bundle containing 500 gold/doubloons(premium currency), 14 days of premium 10 premium repair kits and fire controls but most importantly a tier 7 american battleship. I was excited and wanted to see the ship but after i clicked on its icon it just left me where i was in the harbour and the pop up dissapered. I closed the game and this time i just directly pressed claim but no resources or ship were added to my inventory. I tried again and still no succes. Is there a way i can get this bundle? Thanks.
